Declaration regarding conflict minerals

Suppliers conducting business with MCC must adhere to Dodd-Frank Act/ 3TG Conflict of Minerals (https://www.cftc.gov/LawRegulation/DoddFrankAct/index.htm).

This requires companies to publicly disclose the source and use of conflict minerals in their products that originated in the Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC) and adjoining countries.

We expect our supplier to update a declaration annually or when the conditions are changed.
