MCC Acquiring ReformTech

On January 10, 2019, MCC took over assets related to the technology development company Reformtech’s environmentally friendly auxiliary heater for buses. Following the bankruptcy of Reformtech, MCC took over all intellectual property and other assets needed to bring to market the industry-leading state-of-the-art auxiliary bus heater.
